TVFMS is seeking someone with a strong customer service background to support the office team.
Predominantly home-working, you will be working as part of a small team supporting our clients, managers and mediators.
A strong customer service background is essential to be able to manage the customer-focussed tasks, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, booking appointments and processing legal paperwork. Very high attention to detail and accuracy is required, and we place more weight on this than the ability to work quickly.
A strong but patient communicator who can remain calm under pressure would fit the bill perfectly!
Please only apply if you are confident working alone and unsupervised for periods of time.
Part-time hours to be discussed but will require a degree of flexibility to cover for holidays and other absence as required.
